Project team held a meeting with a mass atendance in Girls’ Vocational High School Of Silifke on 20 March 2009
The local people and the press of Silifke paid great attention to the introduction meeting that was realized with the attendance of Ahmet Beyoğlu the kaimakam of Silifke, directors of institutions and representatives of associations.
Joining the project team during the project introduction, Kaimakam Beyoğlu said "Locals of Silifke should fully understand the project and the project should be paid the highest attention and be participated in the highest number".
Leyla Ruken Yolcu, project secretary, said "The project is a very important opportunity for the rural youth, and it is a project that just does not start with a meeting and resumes on papers but grows hand in hand with the youth." The large number of questions that the attendants directed after excitedly listening to the things told about the project was an indicator of the interest shown in the project.
